When I called B&M I spoke with Bryan, the owner and gave him a brief description of what needed to be done. He asked a few specific questions and gave me a price quote over the phone. He came to my home the following morning. Bryan was personable and did a fine job. He gave me some general advice on door locks. Also, he discovered that at the time of the home’s construction the opening in the door frame where the lock bolt seats when locking the door was not deep enough. He fixed this.
Bryan was very efficient and completed the work in less than an hour.
The price quoted over the phone included $60.00 for coming out to see the problem plus his estimate of the cost of Labor./su_quote]
